You provide the art design.

From there, your 99MAHJONG contact will work closely with you on product selections and initial timeline. Several factors are taken into account, including design complexity, materials, etc.

Once we lock in the detailed components of the product, the 99MAHJONG team will put together a product brief and final pricing quote.

Production

Our production partners will manage the manufacturing process. An updated timeline will also be provided to you.

99MAHJONG is a service platform. All orders are made-to-order through our network of production partners and require a signed order agreement before production begins.

Pricing Transparency: Once all design and product requests have been locked in, you will receive a final pricing quote with all included costs. No surprises fees.

Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence production. Remainder balance is due prior to shipping.

Production Timelines: Typical timelines are 9-12 weeks depending on complexity and factory schedule. We’ll confirm timing in your order agreement.

Shipping & Duties: Included in your quote. 

Privacy: Information collected via this form is used solely to schedule your consultation and follow-up about your project. We do not sell your data.
